Hi, I’m Sheeri Jonnala, MS, RD – a Registered Dietitian with over 10 years of experience in both clinical and wellness settings. I help individuals cut through the noise of nutrition advice and build realistic, sustainable habits that actually work for their lifestyle.
In our sessions, you can expect a supportive, judgment-free environment where your unique needs come first. My goal is to meet you where you are and work with you to create simple, practical steps that move you toward your goals. Whether we’re improving energy levels, managing chronic conditions, or just learning to feel more confident in your choices, each session is designed to leave you feeling informed, empowered, and motivated.
I specialize in Women’s health, pregnancy, postpartum, weight management, mindful eating, chronic disease prevention (including heart health and diabetes), and building a healthy relationship with food. If you're ready to take the guesswork out of eating and commit to long-term change—not just quick fixes—we’ll likely be a great fit.
I hold a Masters in Nutrition and am a licensed Registered Dietitian. I have a certificate in pediatric and adult weight management from the CDR. With more than a decade of experience, I’ve worked in hospitals, outpatient clinics and private practice.
Outside of work, I’m a mom, foodie, and I love to travel. You can usually find me experimenting in the kitchen, spending time with family, or enjoying a good walk outside. I believe food should be both nourishing and joyful—just like life.
I became a Dietitian because I saw how confusing and overwhelming nutrition could be—and how life-changing the right support can feel. Starting my own private practice was a way to offer clients a more personalized, compassionate approach to care—one that truly meets people where they are and walks alongside them every step of the way.
